7 ways to get your team as excited about CBM as you are
As a salon owner or manager, we’re happy you love CBM and the results it can have on your business. But, if you have a team, success really comes when everyone is on board with the app. Here are seven ways to motivate your team to play their part in getting color bar manager going:
Launch color bar manager early in the week when motivation is at a high and your team are refreshed.
Allocate a CBM specialist, someone in your team to take charge and be the go-to for their colleagues. It doesn’t have to be you, consider a receptionist or stylist who may benefit from the small boost in responsibility.

More clients + more happy clients = a more successful stylist.
Run an incentive, after all, you’ll be saving money on product waste in the long run. It could be as simple as a few bottles of wine for the team after a month of all clients being successfully inputted.
